Code of Business Conduct

Lionbridge has adopted a comprehensive Code of Business Conduct for all of its Directors and employees, who are expected to act at all times in accordance with the requirements of the Code, including compliance with the Corporation's policies with respect to conflicts of interest, confidentiality, protection of the Corporation's assets, ethical conduct in business dealings and respect for and compliance with applicable law. Click here to download the Lionbridge Code of Business Conduct document.

Supplier Code of Business Conduct
